I'm Emily Ballesteros, MA

I decided to create resources for burnout management after two years of burnout that left me eager to get sick or injured that so I could justify taking a break. When I began looking for realistic solutions to burnout (if one more person told me to meditate I was going to lose my mind), I came up empty-handed.

I decided to use my background in corporate training and development, Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and professional coaching experience to build out a burnout management methodology.
